Day To day Responsibilities:

• Strive to ensure IT Infrastructure endpoints and applications are free of security vulnerabilities 
• Identify threats and weaknesses in endpoints and applications 
• Research vulnerabilities and determine impact on the computing environment 
• Maintain a risk-based approach in prioritizing vulnerability remediation efforts 
• Utilize vulnerability scanning tools to validate remediation efforts and Identify vulnerabilities 
• Troubleshoot and correct endpoints with failed security patches and updates 
• Determine the root cause of problems through analysis and problem-solving activities 
• Problem resolution and technology request fulfillment 
• Perform application security reviews and participate in technology lifecycle management activities as needed 
• Strong knowledge of Windows OS support.?
• Additionally, MacOS is a plus 
• Collaborate with other technology teams and team members 
• Review and maintain proper software inventory technical documentation 
• Discretion required in processing and communication of private information 
• Update install scripts and review logic for automated processes 
• Familiarize with technology support and patch deployment tools i.e. vSphere, MECM, Jenkins, Goverlan, ServiceNow, Jamf, etc 
• Partner with Cybersecurity and Risk and respond to issues from all organizational levels 
• Communicate remediation status to management on an ongoing basis 
• Maintain detailed procedure documentation 
• Perform end-user and system support as required to resolve specific problems identified 
• Performs all other duties as assigned by Management

Must-Have:

• Bachelor's degree in a related field Experience; Relevant Industry recognized certifications preferred 
• 1-year experience with Workstation, Server, or related technologies 
• High School Diploma or equivalent; Relevant Industry recognized certifications preferred 
• 3 years’ experience with Workstation, Server, or related technologies
