Day- to- Day:

Working with Video Sales specialists, sales team, and ad traffic teams.
Reviewing ad inventory over each week (understand how ads are running)
Working with inventory management systems (Wide Orbit)
Managing entry and execution within Wide Orbit systems
Working closely with teams pacing out ads week over week
Coordinating with the Ad traffic team (understanding when ads run, how they run etc).
Inventory management - looking at pacing out every order of advertisements, ensuring they are hitting the right reach
Coordinating with the sales team, video, and product team to make adjustments to increase ads or placements to ensure they are meeting the requirements.
Coordinate with the account management team to execute billing.

Must-Haves:

5+ Years in planning/pricing, inventory or yield roles (years of experience doing this directly)

Owning revenue and inventory management is key
Doing planning and program management. Mapping and planning out ad inventory.
Inventory planning specific to ADS. (Managing ad traffic and running down schedules associated with advertising - ad insertion and execution)

Plusses:

Prior Rogers Sports and Media, Bell, Corus, (look for similar in the US) or any broadcast company or Advertising Agency within the Broadcast team.
Telaria, Trade Desk, DV 360, or other SSP/DSP (these are ad systems they may be familiar with).
Google Ad Manager, Freewheel, Operative, or Boostr (systems for ad operations/ ad tech).
Major media company or publisher side experience.
Understanding of Salesforce/CRM tools and workflow.
