• Looking for the following breakout for the reqs:
• CAD tech: For CAD tech - we are looking for CAD experience and system and control experience, Located in Nashville
• Mechanical Design System Engineers: we are looking for Bachelors degree in engineering (mechanical, industrial, electrical, manufacturing) 5-7 years of experience in manufacturing/industrial designs required and AutoCAD, Solidworks experience required. Located in Nashville
• Controls focused engineers (up to 75% travel):  we are looking for controls focused exp and they can be located remotely in the US.

• Will be responsible for designing material handling equipment within the sort center such as conveyor belts and other machinery.
• Will be given specific requirements from the facility on what they need accomplished, will be responsible for designing the solution. Can be anything from adding capacity to the site, retrofitting areas for new equipment or helping to rearrange existing equipment within the facility.
• Responsible for figuring out layouts of the site and do scope of work for the project.
• Will be Writing RFPs, working with vendors for site selection and working on engineering design and hand off to execution.

• Up to 50% travel is required for site visits
• Project management skills are required, but is not looking for someone with only Project management background. Must have hands on design experience in a manufacturing setting as well.
• Heavily weighted towards someone with a design background. Any kind of design (automotive, warehouse systems, manufacturing) would work.
• Bachelors degree in engineering (mechanical, industrial, electrical, manufacturing)
• 5-7 years of experience in manufacturing/industrial designs required.
• AutoCAD, Solidworks experience required.

• Designing material handlining equipment (conveyors design), how to add capacity or retrofit inbound area for new equipment and helping rearrange existing equipment.

• Going through big retrofitting operation, bringing a lot of automation to facilities.

• Not looking for RME (reliability maintenance engineer, maintenance heavy), not looking for just a PM, need to be hands on doing design.
