  • The position will reside in Bank Operational Excellence team directly supporting Architecture and Engineering functions for Employee Experience Technology products and solutions
  • Experience reporting and cleaning up data 
  • Information gathering and presenting 
MUST HAVES
  • 7+ years of Business Analyst/Project Management experience 
  • 10/10 personality 
  • Experience with Cisco CUCM 
  • Avaya PBX experience 
  • Webex and Teams knowledge 
PLUSSES
  • BA or BS in Telecommunications, Data Communications or Computer Science.
