Job Description:
Day-to-day:
  • Depending on the skill set of this person they will be assigned to 2-5 projects
  • Utilizing SQL
    • Tables/Views that 5 columns/200 rows all the way to having 300 columns/1.2 billion records
    • Large data sets, all over the spectrum
    • Complex query knowledge is important here
  • Using Python
    • SQLAlchemy
    • matplot
    • Pandas/Numpy
    • Requests/JSONS
 Must-haves:
  • Associate Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Math or equivalent
  • Strong experience in both SQL and Python
  • Minimum 2 years experience in a data analyst role
    • No cap on max experience, as long as they fit the pay rate
  • Looking for someone who has the foundation and can be trained
 
Plusses:
  • Experience with PowerBi; creating own Data View, Data Flow, and Data Visualization
  • Drilling and completion experience/knowledge of terminology 
  • Having experience in the oil and gas industry
  • Experience with PowerApps
  • Experience with WellView
