About the Role:
We are looking for a skilled individual to join our team as a Business Analyst for the Untrusted Software project. The ideal candidate will have 5-7 years of experience in IT service management processes and tools. This position is available in Kennesaw, GA and Richmond, VA.
 
Responsibilities:
  • Design and reengineer processes, preferably with Six Sigma experience
  • Utilize MS Office Suite and process modeling tools such as Visio or ARIS
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement
  • Demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills
Education Qualification:
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field
Required Skills:
  • 5-7 years of experience in IT service management processes and tools
  • Proficiency in process design and reengineering with MS Visio
  • Strong technical and analytical skills, including systems integration and transition knowledge
  • Ability to problem solve and analyze situations effectively
Desired Skills:
  • ITIL v3 Service Management Practitioner Certification
  • Six Sigma Black Belt Certification or 3-5 years of process reengineering experience
  • COBIT v5 Experience
  • Familiarity with LEAN methodologies
