Position:  Project Manager 

Duration:  12 months    

Location: Richmond, VA 

Position Summary: 

• The candidate will be responsible for driving strategic initiatives for the Enterprise Data Privacy & Protection (EDPP) team. They will plan, create, and implement a strategic roadmap by analyzing the present state, developing future state approaches, collaborating across Lines of Business, and facilitating the implementation of adoption solutions across the Enterprise.  

• The role involves identifying, developing, and executing strategies to engage and influence stakeholders to make needed behavioral and cultural changes. 

Responsibilities: 

• Create a business case including ROI, savings projections, and tracking 

• Map technical changes to business requirements and benefits 

• Experience with vendor onboarding, tracking, and governance 

• Drive transformation programs, change management, create roadmaps, manage complexities, track audit deliverables, and implement solutions within challenging timelines 

• Assess adoption risks associated with change efforts and communicate risks and rewards to stakeholders 

• Lead the adoption and sustainment of change initiatives 

• Develop and execute an adoption roadmap to achieve strategic data objectives 

Required Skills: 

• 10 - 15 years of professional experience in a technology delivery role of larger projects/programs 

• Experience in planning and developing strategic roadmaps 

• Strong business/finance acumen to understand/track ROI, cost, benefits 

• Strong executive presence and communication skills, both verbal and written 

• Ability to excel in a matrix environment 

• Excellent understanding of architectural concepts, principles, and best practices 

• Experience with SDLC and LEAN Agile Development methodologies, Test Automation, Test Data Automation 

• Highly motivated and assertive 

• Strong project management skills 

• Proactive, well-organized, and results-oriented 

• Ability to manage multiple resources to ensure completion of quality deliverables 

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment 

• Ability to think out of the box and provide innovative solutions 

• Ability to work independently and drive end-to-end ownership of tasks 

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills 

• Strong track record of delivery and supporting successful implementations
