Must Haves:

  • Experience with provision writing
  • 7-10 years' experience within sourcing, contract negotiation, managed services etc.
  • Strong tech writing skills
  • Excellent experience negotiating with suppliers
  • Strong working knowledge with SAAS Contracts (redlining, negotiating) 
  • Full in depth working knowledge of the contract lifecycle management
  • Excellent communication, verbal and written skills in order to be business facing and assertive
  • Ability to draft up contracts with SLA's
  • Hardware / Software Resale environment experience
  • Familiarity with small and medium sized businesses
  • Candidate should have knowledge of commercial resale, supplier agreement.
