Responsibilities:

  • Troubleshoot application issues by reviewing logging and minimal documentation
  • Provide support for single user data inquiries
  • Drive root cause analysis for application outages
  • Proactively identify stability concerns
  • Coordinate with partner teams without direct leadership
  • Work closely with peers under minimal supervision
  • Coordinate and execute tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Establish and practice industry standards and best practices
  • Raise technology issues to management and provide progress updates
  • Research and resolve production issues
  • Participate in conference calls with tech and business users

 

Required Skills:

  • Experience with UiPath
  • Familiarity with real-time application monitoring tools like Geneos ITRS, Elastic search, Splunk, and Python
  • Experience working in Windows/Linux environments
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong communication skills
  • Knowledge of ITIL processes
  • Familiarity with BMC Remedy
