About the Role:

• As an Enablement Services Analyst, you will be responsible for providing onboarding assistance to application teams, business partners, and risk leaders. You will serve as a subject matter expert of foundational information security controls and provide detailed guidance regarding IAM processes, procedures, and controls. A risk-oriented perspective is required, along with the ability to support and adapt to processes and priorities. This role involves understanding technologies and controls, consulting with application managers to understand their needs, and updating data within systems.

Responsibilities: 

• Provide onboarding assistance to application teams, business partners, and risk leaders, Serve as a subject matter expert of foundational information security controls - Provide detailed guidance regarding IAM processes, procedures, and controls - Understand technologies and controls, consulting with application managers to understand their needs, Update data within systems,Support and adapt to processes and priorities,
• Interface across multiple organizational units at various levels  Demonstrate knowledge of access management, risk identification and mitigation, and project management 

Required Skills: 

• Strong technical background and ability to learn new technologies quickly Strong knowledge of IAM standards such as SAML, OAuth, and Open ID.Web Application Management (WAM) integration experience is required (preferably PingAccess).
• Experience with IAM standards in the cloud such as AWS, and Azure is a plus
• Ability to identify, analyze, and address problems to resolve issues with minimal negative impact
• Ability to work independently with little oversight - Motivated and willing to learn
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong leadership skills to work with peers and various levels of management
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, Visio, PowerPoint, Access), Quick learner and self-starter, Excellent time management and task prioritization skills, Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, Application development and scripting experience.

Desired

• (PERL, JavaScript, Groovy, etc.)Middleware and lower lane server management experience a plus, Experience with Web Authentication Management Platforms, Experience with OAuth technologies and solutions, Deep understanding of large networks and systems Note: Technical skills in JAVA, JavaScript, and MS Azure are required.
