Looking for Senior Business Analyst - Treasury & Capital Markets

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business analysts, developers, testers, and scrum masters, to deliver innovative solutions.
• Conduct comprehensive business analysis and document requirements to support various groups in the trade lifecycle (Front Office, Middle Office, Finance, Operations, Compliance, and Risk Management).
• Lead the development and delivery of solutions for capital markets products such as Interest Rate Derivatives, Foreign Exchange Derivatives, Bonds, Securities, and Money Market Instruments.
• Work closely with geographically diverse teams within an Agile software development environment.
• Leverage your financial expertise to analyze balance sheets and income statements, contributing to strategic decision-making.

Qualifications:

• 8+ years of experience in Business Analysis and Requirements Documentation.
• 5+ years of experience working with clients or stakeholders to design and implement solutions, preferably in Capital Markets.
• Strong proficiency in Python for data analysis or modeling.
• Hands-on experience in an Agile software development environment.
• Familiarity with technologies such as Java, Angular2, and similar solutions.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a cross-functional organization.
• CFA or FRM certification is a plus.
