Position Details:
  • Position: Customer Service Representative 2 (Spanish Customer Support Advisor)

  • Location: Tempe, AZ 85288 (Onsite to begin with, Hybrid - Based upon Performance - 3 weekdays from the office, 2 weekdays from home)
  • Training Shift for Tempe, AZ: 9 AM to 5:30 PM PST – Monday to Friday -  5 weeks
  • Working Schedule for Tempe, AZ: Monday - Friday (7 AM - 8 PM CST) & 8 AM - 6 PM CST - Saturday
  • Pay: Flexible
  • Start Date: 09/16/2024 (Tentative)
Roles and Responsibilities:
  • Part of the new customer service team specifically focusing on small business credit card customers.
  • Taking 40-60 inbound calls per day to service the needs of small biz credit card customers
  • Will deal with a variety of different needs including but not limited to fraud, payments, adding card holders, adding admins, disputing transactions, etc.
Required Skills:
  • Call center experience (Handling inbound calls).
  • Customer service experience (Call Handling).
  • Bilingual in Spanish is mandatory.
  • Finance / Banking experience is desired.
  • Customer management systems.
  • Reliable attendance and punctuality.
  • Communication skills and professionalism.
  • Ability to acknowledge issues and provide empathy to customers.
  • Problem-solving skills with the ability to take ownership of issues
