About the Role:

• We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Vendor
• Receivable Analyst to join our Finance team.
• The successful candidate will be responsible for managing vendor receivable accounts, processing payments, reconciling accounts, and maintaining relationships with vendors.
• The Vendor Receivable Analyst will play a crucial role in optimizing financial operations and supporting business objectives.

Responsibilities:

• Monitor and manage vendor receivable accounts for timely and accurate payments.
• Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies promptly.
• Prepare and process vendor invoices and credit memos.
• Maintain accurate records of all vendor transactions. Collaborate with vendors to address payment or invoicing issues.
• Analyze vendor accounts for process improvement opportunities.
• Assist in month-end and year-end closing processes.
• Support audits by providing necessary documentation.
• Develop and maintain relationships with vendors and internal stakeholders.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

Education Qualification:

• Basic understanding of accounting principles and practices.

Required Skill:

• Experience in accounts receivable, accounts payable, or similar role.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with SAP, Oracle.
• Knowledge of industry-specific regulations and compliance standards.
• Experience in Distribution/Pharmaceuticals.
