About the Role:

  • As an ARC Analyst team member, you will be responsible for ensuring that our call routing strategies meet our client service level agreements.
  • Your main goal will be to ensure that customers are connected to qualified agents quickly and accurately.
  • You will need to analyze real-time and historical data to verify routing results and keep call system role changes and permission changes up to date.
  • This position is remote. 

Required Skills:

  • Solid understanding of call routing strategies
  • Strong Excel skills
  • Attention to detail and process
  • Ability to influence and drive results
  • Demonstrated effective verbal and written communication skills.
