About the Role:

• We seek a dedicated Internal Employee Technology Support Specialist to join our team. The role involves providing basic troubleshooting support for MS applications and proprietary systems to a global user base over the phone. In-house training will be provided to enhance your skills in this role.

Responsibilities:

• Provide basic troubleshooting support for MS Office application suite and proprietary systems
• Assist users with Windows 10/11, iOS (iPad/iPhone), and other technologies
• Utilize ticketing systems to log and track technical issues
• Meet or exceed performance targets related to call handling and customer service 

Required: 

• Strong customer service skills
• Experience in a Technology Call Center or Customer Service role preferred
• Ability to effectively troubleshoot technology problems and incidents
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
