Position Overview: The Financial Analyst I is responsible for ensuring the accuracy, transparency, and compliance of financial data across multiple countries, adhering to both company policies and country-specific regulations. This role involves monitoring and reconciling financial transactions related to global Healthcare Providers (HCPs), Healthcare Organizations (HCOs), and patients, ensuring that all activities comply with applicable laws and reporting requirements, including the Sunshine Act.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Compliance Monitoring: Ensure all financial interactions with global HCPs, HCOs, and patients comply with US and country-specific laws, as well as company policies.
  • Transfer of Value (TOV) Reporting: Accurately report all TOVs to reportable HCPs and HCOs in both the US and internationally. Support dispute resolutions for healthcare professionals.
  • Reporting and Documentation: Meet monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting deadlines with precise and accurate data. Maintain proper documentation to ensure audit readiness.
  • Regulatory Knowledge: Stay current on the Sunshine Act and global transparency reporting requirements to identify and resolve data quality issues that could impact reporting.
  • Problem Solving: Serve as a resource for transparency-related inquiries and determine the best course of action for resolving issues.
  • Invoice Management: Research and resolve invoice discrepancies, correspond with vendors, and produce monthly reports. Assist with month-end closing and provide supporting documentation for audits.
  • System Expertise: Be proficient in system-of-record meeting management and contracting tools.
  • Audit Support: Prepare reports and respond to information requests from auditors. Track and report Local Business Expenses (LBE) on annual department Purchase Orders monthly.

 

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in any field.
  • Experience: 2 to 3 years of relevant experience.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in Excel and MS Office Suite (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint). Extreme attention to detail with strong data entry skills.
  • Knowledge: Solid understanding of finance and accounting practices.
  • Adaptability: Must be flexible and capable of adapting to changing business priorities. Able to multitask and deliver results within tight timelines.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Strong customer-service orientation with excellent organizational, oral, and written communication skills. Must work well independently and as part of a team.
  • Problem-Solving: Ability to ask insightful questions and provide solutions.
