Job Summary: We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Bilingual Customer Service Representative (French) to join our team. In this role, you will provide support to our Canadian employees while utilizing your native French-speaking skills. You will start with a comprehensive training program and then transition into a Customer Service Representative role. This is an entry-level position with opportunities for extension based on performance and attendance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Complete a 4-6 week training program from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, followed by a transition to the Customer Service Representative role with a schedule of 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM.
  • Provide high-quality support to Canadian employees in French, ensuring effective and clear communication.
  • Manage multiple tasks and responsibilities efficiently.
  • Demonstrate reliable attendance and strong communication skills.
  • Handle various HR and customer service-related tasks as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Native French speaker with strong command of the language.
  • High School diploma required; a degree is a plus but not necessary.
  • 3-5 years of relevant experience preferred, but not required.
  • Previous experience in HR or customer service is advantageous.
  • Ability to work onsite; remote work is not available for this position.
  • Strong multitasking skills and the ability to handle a fast-paced environment.
