About the Role:
Developer Experience team is seeking a Technical Analyst with expertise in data modelling and architecture, as well as business analysis. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in software delivery and will be responsible for analyzing current processes, identifying anomalies, and establishing effective governance routines. This role will involve providing executive-level and practitioner-level summaries of go-forward approaches and processes, navigating through various reviews, and ensuring responsible delivery while mitigating risks.
 
Responsibilities:
  • Publish monthly process control metrics and support inquiries related to the supporting data
  • Support process inquiries through data analysis and summarization of findings
  • Execute procedural tasks in support of GT-wide standards and process controls
  • Provide critical, regular communications and updates across bank stakeholders
  • Prioritize work and leverage awareness of SDLC processes, architecture, and design
 
Required Skills:
  • Process orientation with a structured and rigorous approach to process execution
  • Analytical skills with a natural curiosity for data and problem-solving ability
  • Strong communication skills with proactive visibility into plans and work status
  • Technical Skills - Knowledge of CI/CD Tooling: Jira, Jenkins, Artifactory, Tower, Quartz, Endevor
  • Ability to identify risks/dependencies and quantify their impact on business/technology
  • Track program and multiple value stream variances to ensure alignment with objectives
  • Understand roles and responsibilities of other teams in the lifecycle and engage as required
  • Identify business/technical opportunities for innovation, cost reduction, and process improvement
  • Set agendas and define artifacts needed for governance forums, collect feedback from customers and stakeholders
 
Desired Skills:
  • Experience with policy, standard, and process governance
  • Familiarity with bank systems and processes for governance (e.g., RISE, Trident, ORCIT, POP, Horizon)
  • Proactive problem-solving approach and innovative thinking
  • Proven track record in project delivery in an agile environment
  • Knowledge of software development/SDLC, bank testing practices, automation, and continuous delivery practices
  • Knowledge of data management practices and technologies
