About the Role:

• The Service Design & Delivery engineer oversees the delivery of collaboration and productivity solutions at the bank, such as the M365 product suite, and voice, and video solutions. This role requires technical knowledge and process expertise to assess the requirements for introducing or enhancing the bank's collaboration and productivity services. The primary goal is to ensure end-to-end delivery of programs and projects with a focus on high quality, user experience, proper processes, and necessary security and compliance controls through collaboration with the bank's teams.

Responsibilities:

• Manage overall program execution and health, including tasks, risks, dependencies, and impediments.
• Ensure end-to-end plan delivery by the expected date.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize dependent tasks and track open deliverables to closure.
• Engage and support bank and vendor teams to define critical tasks and interdependencies for successful delivery.
• Track watch items, issues, and risks with mitigation plans before implementation.
• Manage user experience testing and document results if required. - Handle user migration, communication, and training for programs as needed.
• Drive the development of service management measures and KPIs as required. Document improvement plans throughout the delivery process.
• Prepare briefing notes, reports, program updates, and action plans for Senior Management.

Required: 

• Demonstrated experience delivering M365 or Regulated Messaging Services preferred, or equivalent technical projects.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with other bank team members.
• Strong communication skills (written and spoken). Expert organizational and analytical skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to determine the course of action as required.
• Ability to learn the bank’s systems and tollgates needed to perform the role; knowledge of Jira preferred.
• Interact effectively with teams, internal customers, and leadership. - Manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite and advanced proficiency with MS Visio.
• 7-10 years’ experience working on technology initiatives.
