About the Role:
This role supports the GIS Identity and Access AITs by providing hands-on technical operational support for commercial and custom software applications. The focus will be on information security technologies in MS and Linux environments. The role requires strong technical knowledge and the ability to collaborate effectively with team members and stakeholders.
 
Responsibilities:
  • Manage and enhance both vendor and internally developed applications
  • Interact with business stakeholders and technical teams globally
  • Utilize monitoring technologies and tech tools such as Splunk, Horizon, Ansible Tower, and BladeLogic
  • Understand network technologies and integrate risk into threat modeling
  • Provide application production support and knowledge/experience with container technology
 
Education Qualification:
  • Domain: Network Security Protocols & Standards
  • Technical: Linux, MS Office
 
Required Skills:
  • Experience with monitoring technologies
  • Familiarity with tech tools like Splunk, Horizon, Ansible Tower, and BladeLogic
  • Strong understanding of network technologies
  • Ability to integrate risk into threat modeling
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Experience in application production support
  • Knowledge/experience with container technology
