About the Role:

• Global Payments Technology within Enterprise Payments Treasury Products is seeking a VP level candidate to manage and own all aspects of the business and technical product vision. The ideal candidate must have strong product management skills and the ability to set and promote strategy across various facets of the business and technology organizations. This role advocates and advances modern, Agile solution delivery practices and evangelizes end-to-end design, engineering, and organizational practices.

Responsibilities: 

• Provide significant inputs into the definition of the payments product roadmap within Enterprise Payments and subsequently manage the product backlog.
• Work closely with senior business managers, stakeholders, and Global functional heads to establish, implement, and adopt constantly evolving product development standards and processes.
• Manage the expectations and demands of a multi-faceted business and multiple stakeholders while delivering improved product, BA, and design services across various Enterprise Payment functions.
• Accountable for product backlog management, including prioritizing tech debt, regulatory, business enablement, and supporting audits.
• Lead cross-functional teams of technologists and business analysts focused on Deliverable Decomposition Design review.
• Collaborate closely with functional leads and business leads across the payment lifecycle from inception to clearing. Document HLD (high-level design) and functional requirements using Agile SAF requirement hierarchies (deliverable, epic, story).
• Ensure execution delivery is aligned with the product strategy.
• Create an inclusive and healthy working environment and help resolve organizational impediments/blockers.
