Job Description:

• We are looking for a Project Manager to establish and manage projects to deliver desired business outcomes.
• The Project Manager will lead various types of projects using different methodologies such as large-scale application development, systems integration, process reengineering, and infrastructure upgrades.
• They will be responsible for end-to-end technology delivery, managing project financials, and partnering with Line of Business Change Management teams.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage multiple projects with end-to-end responsibility
• Drive overall technology execution and manage stakeholder relationships
• Plan, organize, monitor, and control projects using appropriate tools and techniques
• Develop risk mitigation strategies and communicate with stakeholders on deliverables and timelines
• Develop and manage project plans, track issues, and escalate as needed
• Provide project status updates to senior leaders and executives
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) Education

Required Skills:

• Strong Project Management skills with the ability to lead a team and drive results
• Strong Change Management skills/experience
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Time management and prioritization skills
• Strong project financial management skills
• 7+ years of end-to-end project management experience
• Agile Scrum Master or RTE certification
• Jira/Atlassian experience a plus
