Title: Learning and Development Program Manager

Location: San Bruno, CA (Hybrid)

Duration: 09 Months Contract (Possible Extension)

Pay range: $70/hr-$75/hr

Required skills:

6+ years of work experience in managing HR, Learning & Development and/or Talent Management programs.
Proven program management skills and ability to collaborate and manage multiple stakeholders, with a bias for action and strong execution and attention to detail.
Experience in identifying issues in complex processes and defining solutions with a deeply analytical approach and employee experience in mind. Ability to wear multiple hats - you are strategic and hands on.
Support the design and content creation of Verily trainings and respective communications/newsletters (ex. Manager newsletters)
Evaluate program effectiveness and make improvements as needed.
Programs manage key talent and learning programs as needed, including our internship program, internal mobility, mentorship, and career development.
