We are looking for dedicated and detail-oriented Collections Specialists to join our team in Orlando, FL. This role is focused on the collection of patient accounts for those using LVAD (Left Ventricular Assist Device) services. The ideal candidates will have experience in AR/Collections, billing, Medicaid and Medicare collections, or an accounting background, and possess strong customer service and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and collect patient accounts, focusing on patients using LVAD services.
• File claims and review Explanation of Benefits (EOBs) with patients over the phone.
• Handle a high volume of incoming telephone calls that drop into the queue.
• Use appropriate billing codes to process claims.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve monthly cash collection goals ranging from $13 million to $16 million (note: direct cash handling is not involved).
• Utilize systems such as LVAD Driveline, Dyson, and Patient CoVent (training will be provided; no prior experience with these systems is required).
