An Excellent Opportunity for “IT Business Analyst” to work with one of the Largest Global Bank in Plano, TX

Job Description:

Senior Business Analyst will act as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams
This role is critical in translating business requirements into technical specifications and ensuring that the solutions developed meet the needs of the business
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of business processes, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Must Haves:

Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, with at least 2 years in a senior or lead role.
Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies.
Proficiency in business analysis tools and software, such as MS Visio, JIRA, Confluence, and Tableau.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
Experience with data analysis and reporting tools is a plus.
