Job Description:
  • The ideal candidate must have strong SQL, Excel, Presentation Skills, Jira, Written and verbal skills, UAT Testing experience, and be familiar with working in an Agile environment. Knowledge of Salesforce is preferred.
Responsibilities:
  • Assist the Product Owner in writing user stories and editing acceptance criteria to ensure alignment with feature objectives
  • Proactively bring ideas to increase value for customers, identify roadblocks early, and present solutions to key partners
  • Troubleshoot product questions and technical challenges
  • Facilitate meetings to collaborate with tech and non-tech partners for innovation and problem-solving
  • Create test scripts and test product features
  • Demo solution options, existing functionality, and new features in various business settings
  • Utilize Modern Delivery practices and actively participate in agile ceremonies
  • Use applications such as Jira, Teams, Salesforce configuration workbook, Confluence, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Visio
  • Quickly learn and utilize Salesforce technology and understand business use cases and needs
Education Qualification:
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience
  • In-depth understanding of the system functionality is highly desirable
  • Agile product delivery experience, including requirements capturing, writing user stories, and using Jira technology is preferred
  • Understanding data integration and experience with data comparison
  • Salesforce knowledge is a plus
