Primary Responsibilities:

Lead and manage complex projects with small-size budgets and scopes that span across multiple systems.
Utilize Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), Agile methodology, and Project Management Life Cycle (PMLC) to ensure successful project delivery.
Manage projects within Risk Management, applying knowledge of risk frameworks, controls, and remediation strategies.
Oversee GenAI product implementation efforts, ensuring alignment with project goals.
Handle budget management, resource allocation, stakeholder engagement, risk assessment, scope and change management, schedule management, internal controls, and quality assurance.
Demonstrate excellent communication, influencing, and collaboration skills to effectively work with cross-functional teams.
Maintain strong organizational, presentation, and customer service skills to meet project requirements.

Qualifications:

Proven hands-on experience in Project and Risk Management.
Familiarity with key Risk-related concepts and frameworks.
Experience with GenAI product implementation is highly preferred.
Strong understanding of project management processes, including SDLC, Agile, and PMLC.
Excellent communication, influencing, and collaboration skills.
Strong organizational, presentation, and customer service skills.
Project management experience in the mortgage industry is preferred.
