Position Details:

Roles and Responsibilities

supporting the legal remedies team in collecting signatures required for discovery to pursue litigation to offset/collect balances for credit cards and loans.
Physically recording wet signatures, scanning & uploading packets of signed legal documents to retention system
Partner with up to 14 different law firms/ legal partners to provide notifications of new daily uploads
Will ship out hard copies of documents to legal partners and destroy documents in accordance with compliance policy
