Job Description:

Overview: We are seeking a dynamic Risk Management Lead to support up to two Technology Executives. In this role, you will leverage your subject matter expertise to foster a culture of proactive risk identification, escalation, and timely mitigation of compliance and operational risks within technology teams.

• Risk Management: Lead the management of risk by partnering with leadership and their teams. Apply analytical problem-solving skills to perform impact assessments, identify root causes, and drive risk reduction within technology control activities.
• Audit Issue Monitoring: Oversee the lifecycle of audit issues, including action plan development, validation, and approval reviews. Ensure timely resolution and risk mitigation.
• Collaboration: Drive collaboration across multiple teams, including Technology, Operations, Audit, and Information Security, to identify opportunities to improve controls and reduce risk.
• Communication: Utilize strong communication and leadership skills to influence others, lead discussions, and promote a culture of risk awareness.

• Proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• 3-5 years of relevant work experience in fields such as Audit, Compliance, Business Controls, Information Security, or Software Development.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on risk management.

• Experience in risk management, technology, or financial services is highly desirable.

• Strong communication and diplomacy skills, with the ability to influence and lead change.
• Proven track record of accountability and ownership in previous roles.
• Ability to navigate ambiguous situations and simplify complex problems through collaboration.
• Strategic thinker with a self-starter attitude, capable of performing work with minimal management oversight.
• Ability to connect the dots and understand the broader impact of your work within the team and across the organization.
