Mission- Resolve end user requests in a timely manner to enable end users to accomplish their daily business tasks. 

Day-to-Day:

  • Respond to requests for systems assistance via phone or electronically.
  • Document, track and monitor problems for timely resolution.
  • Diagnose and resolve business process and system issues.
  • Advise Users on appropriate actions. 
  • Follow standard help desk procedures. 
  • Redirect problems (when necessary) to appropriate resources for escalations. 

 

Must Haves

  • 2+ years of help desk experience. 
  • Experience with 365 Admin Center.
  • Experience with windows 10 and 11.
  • Customer Service experience.
  • Very strong soft skills.
