Must Haves:

Must have a minimum of 5 years of recent, hands-on experience directly with VMware Horizon, supporting mid/large scale VDI deployments, and directly supporting VMware ESXi on-premise environments.
Must have application packaging experience using VMware AppVolume.
Must have experience using DEM and FSLogix for profile management and optimization.

Schedule:

Some occasional after-hours may be required, but it will be flexed throughout the pay period and won't equate to overtime.

Responsibilities:

Qualifications:

BA in Computer Science (or related), or equivalent experience
5+ years building, deploying, and managing VMware Horizon in a medium/large scale environment
At least 5 years of experience directly supporting VMware ESXi on-premise environments
3+ years developing and maintaining virtual workstation OS images, including optimization and profile management using DEM and FSLogix and Application Packaging using AppVolume.
3+ years of demonstrated experience with monitoring, and optimization, including user experience, infrastructure, and automated issue resolution
Experience supporting a virtual end-user platform in a multi-datacenter, multi-domain environment
Demonstrated experience with tier 3 end-user support
