About the Role:

• We are looking for a PM/Change Execution Lead- IT Project Manager V with 7-10+ years of Change Management experience in the financial services industry.
• The ideal candidate will have prior experience leading large-scale program and project efforts at global financial services organizations.
• This role requires strong communication skills at the senior executive level and the ability to plan and direct routines to drive accountability, transparency, and collaboration.

Responsibilities:

• Lead large scale program and project efforts within the financial services industry
• Communicate effectively with senior executives
• Plan and direct routines to ensure accountability, transparency, and collaboration
• Adapt to changing business needs and balance multiple competing priorities
• Inspire diverse business objectives to agree upon and move forward on concepts and recommendations
• Prioritize requests and workload accordingly to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Utilize Change Management standards and Agile Methodologies including JIRA and Confluence

Education Qualification:

• Bachelor's degree in a related field (preferred)
