About the Role:

• We are looking for a Production Support specialist to join our team.
• The ideal candidate will focus on vendor applications, understand system flows and dependencies, monitor/alert file feeds, and maintain support documentation.
• This role will also involve handling incident and problem tickets, running incident triage calls, and supporting other Cards applications.

Responsibilities:

• Learn Application functionality, with a focus on vendor applications
• Understand system flows and dependencies
• Monitor and alert file feeds
• Maintain support documentation
• Document incident engagement process
• Handle Remedy incident and problem tickets
• Run incident triage calls
• Cross-train teammates
• Support other Cards applications
• Participate in On-Call Rotation

Education Qualification:

• ITIL Process knowledge
• Vendor hosted applications knowledge
• File transmission knowledge
• Intermediate Windows and Linux navigation skills
• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

Required Skills:

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Experience with vendor hosted applications and holding vendors accountable for incident resolutions
• SQL query experience
• Enterprise Databases SQL
• Technical Database Administration
• Linux administration skills
