Position Details:

About the Role:

• We are seeking a Workday Configuration Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in Workday configuration and analysis, preferably in a large company setting.
• This role will involve handling integration and configuration tasks within various Workday modules to support our HR system administration.

Responsibilities:

• Configure complex Workday business processes in Core HCM, Compensation, Talent, Payroll, Time, Absence, and Benefits modules. - Perform Workday administrative functions such as tenant configuration, data loads, integrations, and reporting.
• Review and optimize business procedures/workflows to enhance system efficiency.
• Provide end-user support, change management, testing, and training for Workday processes.
• Document technology specifications and maintain change management documentation for audit controls.
• Stay updated on Workday features and enhancements, acting as a domain support for issue resolution.
• Foster relationships with business partners and enhance their understanding of Workday.

Required:

• Experience with Workday configuration and analysis.
• Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new tasks and technologies.
• Strong understanding of Workday modules such as Core HCM, Compensation, Talent, Payroll, Time, Absence, Benefits, Integrations, and Reporting.
• Proficiency in configuring and troubleshooting Workday business processes.
• Knowledge of mass loading information via EIBs and testing integration inputs and outputs.
• Ability to create and utilize reports for auditing configuration changes. - Familiarity with Workday Implementation Methodology.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with team members, IT, business partners, and vendors.
