About the Role:

• We are looking for a skilled Software Development Engineer in Test (SDET) to join our team.
• The ideal candidate will work within our defined Pharmacy OneSource Agile development methodology to develop testing solutions using Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) principles.
• The SDET will be responsible for implementing solutions using User Acceptance Test Driven Development Principles, investigating problem areas within applications, estimating development work, and analyzing development requirements.

Responsibilities: -

• Develop testing solutions using Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) to create maintainable and extensible test framework 
• Implement solutions using User Acceptance Test Driven Development Principles
• Investigate problem areas within applications and report them
• Estimate development work at both the EPIC level and story level granularity
• Analyze development requirements of moderately complex development work
• Develop solutions using design patterns to create maintainable and extensible software
• Document and demonstrate solutions by developing flowcharts, layouts, diagrams, and charts
• Mature our Agile development methodology by focusing on lean principles and teaching opportunities with other teammates
• Provide leadership and mentorship to other SDETs and assist with long-term project planning

Education Qualification: -

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field

Required Skills: -

• Strong experience with Object-Oriented Programming (OOP)
• Proficiency in User Acceptance Test Driven Development Principles
• Knowledge of design patterns for creating maintainable and extensible software
• Ability to analyze and troubleshoot problem areas within applications
• Experience with Agile development methodologies
• Leadership and mentorship skills to guide other team members
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
