About the Role:

• We are looking for a Production Support Associate to join our team.
• The role involves providing support in manufacturing operations and/or distribution centers, including assembly, machinery, processing, packaging, and distribution of company products.
• This is an entry-level position that requires little to no prior experience.

Responsibilities: -

• Ensuring that inventories are secure, properly identified, and readily accessible to authorized personnel
• Maintaining controls over various types of inventories such as raw materials, subassemblies, and finished goods
• Conducting physical inventory counts and reconciling results with inventory records 
• Ensuring the quantities of incoming and outgoing shipments are correct
• Conducting analyses of inventory levels and coordinating with production and sales requirements
• Setting up and operating automatic or semiautomatic machines and related equipment in a continuous production/processing operation
• Reporting any malfunctions or abnormalities in machines and recommending and/or making adjustments to methods and processes
• Involvement in shipping, receiving, inventory control, or storage of products in distribution centers

• Basic knowledge of production-related systems and procedures
• RF Scanner
• Word, Excel and PowerPoint
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to follow standard procedures and work closely supervised
• Good communication skills
• Ability to work in a team environment
• Willingness to learn and develop on the job
