We are looking for Desktop Engineer with one of our direct client 

Location:- Plano TX

Pay rate:- $30\hr 

Requisition Description

  • Associates Degree; 3 years of related IT experience and education considered in lieu of degree
  • miliarity with ITIL process and procedures, specifically incident management, change management, and problem management.
  • Familiarity with a service management tool (i.e. ServiceNow)
  • Ability to handle stressful environments
