Job Title: Technical Support I
Duration: 12 months contract (higher extension possibility, based upon performance)
Location: Chandler AZ
Shift:  Monday to Friday | 8:00 AM - 5 PM 
Pay Range: $19/hr to $20/hr
 
Position Summary:
  • Internal Employee Technology Support role for a global user-base.
  • Role involves basic troubleshooting of MS applications and proprietary system via phone.
  • Desired experience in MS Office application suite -- how to, in addition to troubleshooting.
  • Candidate should have excellent customer service skills. In-house training will be conducted.
  • Technologies may include, but not limited to: Windows 10/11, MS Office, iOS (iPad/iPhone), and ticketing systems.
     
    Desired Skills:
 
  • Technology Call Center and or Customer Service experience desired.
  • Ability to utilize multiple resources to determine causes and resolutions of technology problems and incidents.
  • Ability to consistently meet or exceed performance targets and goals correlated with call handling and customer service.
