Job Description:

• This is more of an administrator role where the contractor will be working on HR specific content/knowledge and will be streamlining the employee manager interfacing portal.
• Will focus on certain work instructions and be preparing to implement service now HR content. 
• Will be managing knowledge assessments and maintaining governance on daily basis.
• This contractor will optimize knowledge and be integrating the content with AI.
• Conducts content/knowledge testing, migrating content from Salesforce to service now.
• Will be verifying articles and ensure updated content.
• Maintaining stakeholder communication.
• Handles knowledge and makes sure it is digestible by AI.
• Reviews and manages HR knowledge articles.
• Ensures content is up to date.
• Won’t be writing content but would be documenting or optimizing the HR content (payroll , ER , benefits)
• Supporting the payroll, benefits, employee relations team to merge HR content.
• Knowledge analysis would be the prime focus as the team lacks someone who is quite analytical in nature.

Top Skills:

• Attention to detail
• Any ServiceNow BG experience will be huge plus.
• Any knowledge management tools experience would be ideal.
• Has good awareness of HR content specific. (payroll , ER , benefits , compensation)
• ServiceNow or Salesforce exp would ideal.
• Content creation Background would be a good add on.(not requited)

Education:

• Minimum High school diploma/Bachelors ideal
• Experience:
• 3-4 years would be ideal (more the better)
