About the Role:

Successfactor Recruiting & Onboarding Lead
Toronto, ON - Remote with Some travel

We are seeking a Successfactor Recruiting & Onboarding Lead to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in at least two successful end-to-end implementations in a lead consultant capacity for SuccessFactors Recruiting and Onboarding modules.

Responsibilities:

• Spearhead client requirement-gathering workshops
• Offer valuable insights into system capabilities
• Guide clients on best practices related to their data and process decisions
• Lead end-to-end implementations for SuccessFactors Recruiting and Onboarding modules
  
  Education Qualification:
• Bachelor's degree in a related field
  
  Required Skills:
• Experience in at least two successful end-to-end implementations in a lead consultant capacity for SuccessFactors Recruiting and Onboarding modules
• Proven track record in client requirement-gathering workshops 
• Strong understanding of system capabilities
• Ability to guide clients on best practices
• Candidates must hold an Associate Level Certification in SF Onboarding 2.0.
• Travel to the client site will be required for major workshops or based on specific client requests, but most of the work will be remote.
