Roles and Responsibility:

Possible fits could be Claims agents, Claims processors, and tellers.
Need to have experience in check processing, and understanding the fields on a check.
Receiving mail and scanning.
Exposure to the AS400 system is nice to have.
A claims processing background is a good aptitude for this role.
Attention to detail and accuracy is above all.
Know how to record information to an exact level, zero discrepancies are an expectation.
Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
MS Office is needed-Excel/word.
