Position Details:

Client: Banking Domain

Job Title: Data Analyst

Location: Irving, TX 75039 (Hybrid)

Duration: 6 Months + Possible extension

Schedule: Mon-Fri: Std Business Hours

Start date: ASAP!

Responsibilities:

Run ad-hoc analysis to analyze and reconcile data between Workday and Resources at Bank

Develop and implement manual controls/mitigation strategies to address known data related gaps and deficiencies.

Provide input to the design, development, implementation, and maintenance of the overall data analysis processes.

Identifies data patterns & trends, and provides insights to enhance business decision making and planning, process improvement, solution assessment etc.

Skill Set:

Ability to work with large data volumes and demonstrate a firm understanding of logical data structures and analysis techniques.

Data tracing, Data mining, visualization, analysis – identifying patterns/trends, exploratory data analysis, root cause analysis.

Strong sense of urgency and ability to manage multiple competing priorities while delivering results quickly and efficiently.
