Job Description: 

  • Day to day responsibilities
    • Incremental risk deliverables and Company deliverables
    • Manage the governance content process for ensuring WCR standards/procedures are in line
    • Align to regulator and enterprise risk frameworks
    • Working on policy/non compliance reporting
    • Lots of manual reporting/processes
      • High volume/fast paced
  • Skillsets
    • PM
      • Lead end to end
      • Work with senior stakeholders
      • Comfortable with aggressive timelines
    • Controls/governance experience
    • Policy experience
      • Creation/drafting/change management process
    • Soft skills
      • Communication
      • Organized
      • Attention to detail
      • Able to handle high volume
    • Credit risk background is plus
    • Risk/Control background is a must
    • Financial services background
