100% Remote for Austin, TX 

  • Responsibilities: Process enrollment applications in Healthcare Insurance, Workers Comp, or Medicaid markets
  • Interact professionally with providers and ancillary staff to provide timely responses to inquiries and concerns
  • Process 100% of assigned applications daily and meet minimum daily quotas 
  • Validate provider submitted enrollment information to ensure minimum standards are met
  • Send deficiency letters to notify providers of incomplete applications
  • Education Qualification: High school degree or GED required
  • 2 years of college preferred (emphasis on Business Administration or Healthcare Management) or equivalent work experience
