Role: - Control Systems Specialist

Location: Westborough, MA (Hybrid)

Duration: 9 Months

Pay Range: $30-33/hr

Basic Qualifications:

Minimum of 2 years of experience as a test technician in a manufacturing environment.
Proficiency in troubleshooting electrical systems.
Ability to interpret schematics, blueprints, and technical drawings.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, both written and verbal.
Knowledge of safe working practices around moving and electrical equipment.
Experience with industrial controls/PLC systems (e.g., Allen Bradley, Siemens).

Responsibilities:

Promote a safety-first culture within a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Execute routine and specialized tests to ensure product quality and performance.
Troubleshoot and diagnose issues in electro-mechanical sub-assemblies using end-of-line test equipment.
Utilize diagnostic tools (vendor software, multimeters, oscilloscopes) for troubleshooting control components.
Maintain and troubleshoot manufacturing test systems, including automated test solutions.
Maintain accurate test records and collaborate with engineers to improve solutions and test coverage.
Participate in the calibration and maintenance of test equipment.
