Position Details:

Client: Banking

Job Title: Data Analyst

Location: Jacksonville, Fl 32246

Duration: 3 Months + possibility of extension

Schedule: Shift hours: Basic Business Hours

Start date: ASAP!

Responsibilities:

Run ad-hoc analysis to analyze and reconcile data between Workday and Resources at the bank.
Develop and implement manual controls/mitigation strategies to address known data related gaps and deficiencies.
Provide input to the design, development, implementation, and maintenance of the overall data analysis processes.
Identifies data patterns & trends, and provides insights to enhance business decision making and planning, process improvement, solution assessment etc.
May be involved in exploratory data analysis and confirmatory data analysis.
Deals with complex and highly variable issues.

Qualifications:

Ability to work with large data volumes and be able to demonstrate a firm understanding of logical data structures and analysis techniques.
Data tracing, Data mining, visualization, analysis – identifying patterns/trends, exploratory data analysis, root cause analysis.
Strong working knowledge of Workday and Resources at the bank.
Strong sense of urgency and ability to manage multiple competing priorities while delivering results quickly and efficiently.
Highly proficient in MS Office – Excel
HR technology experience a plus
