Duration: 6 Months - (Extension/Conversion based on performance)

 

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and consolidate project reporting from two existing project management teams, ensuring consistent and timely updates to stakeholders.
  • For the team without a dedicated project manager, provide end-to-end project management support, including: Crafting execution plans and roadmaps, Facilitating weekly progress reports. Identifying and mitigating risks and issues.
  • Organize and facilitate the Oversight Committee meetings: Prioritize agenda items and presentations, Ensure attendance and representation from key areas, Capture and disseminate meeting outcomes.
