About the Role:

  • We are looking for a Distribution Systems Engineer to join our team. The role involves planning, engineering, and designing electric and gas distribution systems.
  • The engineer will determine the need, size, location, and timing of power delivery infrastructure development while balancing economic, environmental, social, and regulatory constraints, as well as reliability needs.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop work packages for overhead, underground residential distribution, and underground cable/conduit
  • Conduct field engineering of project requirements
  • Identify conflicting utilities
  • Perform engineering and design calculations
  • Conduct post-construction reviews

Education Qualification:

  • BS degree or equivalent experience
  • Less than 2 years of prior relevant experience
