Responsibilities:

• This is a backfill for a consultant who reached maximum tenure. This consultant works daily within the Quartz application support team to provide high-level troubleshooting and triage support for Linux network-related issues, ensure application issues are proactively fixed, work closely with our development team to ensure optimal application performance, automation and deployment releases, and support and monitor application infrastructure.

MustHave:

• 6+ years of experience in a Linux network background
• Enterprise experience 
• Python scripting
• Strong troubleshooting experience, configuration, optimization
• Can include standard Linux environments, latency, packets, connectivity etc.
• Strong communication to work with multiple teams, escalate to development teams with packets/documentation and verbalize status, work with onshore and offshore partners

NiceToHave:

• Cloud/Cloud migration experience
