Job Description:

  • We are seeking a Quality Management Specialist to review and approve parent complaint records within our quality management system. Additional tasks may include batch record retrieval and sample inspections, though these will be minimal.

Responsibilities:

  • Complaint Handling: Track, investigate, and respond to customer complaints.
  • Quality Assurance: Conduct audits, inspections, and ensure product and process compliance with regulations.
  • Documentation: Maintain accurate records of complaint logs, audit reports, and quality-related activities.
  • Process Improvement: Identify and implement corrective actions for quality process improvements.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Ensure adherence to relevant regulations and standards.

Pay range:
